IN THE GARDEN
FLOWER & PLANT ILLUSTRATIONS
An artist can only see through an artist’s eyes. When I walk my dog I notice gardens, potted flower arrangements and wildflowers. I snap photographs and make quick drawings of them to use as a point of departure in the creation of my images. While I may carry a sketch book, being an artist runs much deeper than that. It is who I am, and how I interact with the world.
